We help our members become even stronger climate leaders by identifying and introducing the best global company practices, policy approaches and strategies and actively participating in climate policy development on a Nordic, EU and Global level.

Would you like to be at the forefront of fighting climate change and help our members to become even stronger climate leaders? We are looking for a Development Director, CLC network.

You will be responsible for managing and developing CLC operational activities, such as theme groups and CLC-challenges, managing international partner networks like UNFCCC and European climate-business network, as well as supporting CLC in its systemic model initiative. Your tasks also include event and communication planning and you will work closely with CLC members and other partner networks.

Passion for and knowledge about climate issues are integral for success at this job. You have good knowledge of questions related to climate change and its mitigation. Your contact network is extensive and includes business professionals, public servants, political decision-makers, environmental and climate NGOs and other influencers. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are fluent in Finnish and English. You have an academic education and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

Experience from a relevant business, government and/or NGO sector or EU organisations, as well as fluency in other EU languages, are considered a plus.
