A Milestone Moment

Thank you for arriving at the website of CLC, the Center for Leading Competence. Instead of introducing you to the customary frozen picture of services and concepts, however, I invite you to join our Moment of Change. As of November 2010, CLC will be reinvented.

In 2000 we founded the Center for Leading Competence with the purpose and Vision to challenge the mainstream of human resource development and leadership development.

Over 10 years….

…we have produced more than 150 Management Masterclasses, in all of the Nordic countries and Ireland and the UK. Applying a unique blend of discovery-driven learning, collective competence and state-of-the-art leadership theory, we have showed that workshops can become true processes of knowledge creation, intellectual fun and real value and innovation for the company.

…we have had the privilege to challenge more than 100 management-teams in reinventing their theory-of-business and taking the lid of their leadership.

…we have invented a large number of unique formats for leadership of change, which have become adopted and applied by our clients.

…we have produced 5 plays which have been performed by a teamof professional actors for more than 3000 people in 3 languages.

…we have had the opportunity of learning from and learning together with a group of professional researchers, thinkers and doers – truly Exceptional People!

While CLC will remain a name and a legal entity, the mindsets will become legacy and part of a new context with an even sharper focus on leadership. The new agenda has been born out of a two-year intensive reinvention process.
